Process Serving

We are low cost, compared to other process servers in the State, and we perform with high quality and a fast turn-around time.

 

We also don't function the way you might be used to if you've used process servers in the past. Examples:

1) We report to you by email or by phone to keep you updated. While we're not perfect you'll almost never have to ask us what's going on regarding your file(s). Just check your email.

 

2) We don't have a specified number of attempts. We keep working on your file until it makes no sense and that can vary widely. If we believe it doesn't make any sense to continue our efforts, we talk to you first.

 

3) If the person isn't answering the door and you have their phone number, we have no trouble contacting them by phone and/or text to make them realize how it's in their best interest to respond. This can help us get them served or provide what you need to move on to the next step through the courts.
